“The Rock Restaurant, east coast Zanzibar- The fish was freshly caught and the giant prawns where as big as lobsters yummy!

The restaurant was very simple and very small. The owner, a fisherman, made us wait more than two hours for food but when it finally arrived it was fresh, plentiful and delicious and even more cost little. We had to wait for low tide to get back. A beautiful experience!”

Today, I woke up and got ready for the day. I went to Target looking for a notebook type thing to write in. I couldn’t find one so I just ended buying some Sharpie Pen’s. They’re actually pretty cool; I really like them. After that I met up with my Mom, my sister-in-law and her kids at the mall. We ate; then we went bowling, which was pretty fun. I won twice! After that I went to take my trombone to the shop. I’m trying to get it restored very slowly. They are going to re-solder some parts, take out all of the dents, and give it a chemical cleaning. It’s going to cost about $150. My parents said they would pay for it, so that was very nice of them. Eventually, I want to get it stripped and re-lacquered, but that’s going to cost like $400 or $500. After that, I headed to Office Depot in search of this notebook I wanted. I just wanted something that was like a notebook, but I didn’t want the lines on the pages. I didn’t have any luck at Office Depot, so I went to Hobby Lobby. I found what I was looking for. I just got one of those sketching books. It was similar to what I had in mind. I just want to be able to write in something. Just write about anything and everything. I tried it in the past, but I never stuck with it. This time, I am going to really try keep up with it. We’ll see what happens.

I’m home now. I don’t really have any plans for the rest of the day. I should probably practice piano. I haven’t been practicing as much as I should, and I feel like I’m slacking. I feel like my teacher has higher expectations for me than some of the other students, so it kind of puts some pressure on me.

Well, I’m going to try and be somewhat productive. Maybe not.
