After that interesting experience, things started to brighten up. Caryn and I saw the movie, Letters To God. She got tickets from our youth minister since she couldn’t go. We had seen the preview to this movie when we went to go see Alice In Wonderland. We talked about how good it looked, and how we both should go see it. Well, surprisingly she got tickets, so we decided to go. We had to drive all the way out to Katy, TX (kind of a far drive). Well, we went to the theater and signed in for our church. One of the actors from the movie was there to talk about the film a little bit. I thought that was pretty cool. He gave us all this little packet with some goodies.
Well, the actual movie was amazing. It will make you cry. I admit my eyes did water up, and Caryn had makeup running down her face. Haha. It was a really good movie though. I’m not going to spoil it because it hasn’t come out in theaters yet. We, among other parishes, got to see a special pre-screening of it.
